Add a Jenkins continuous integration server (see https://jenkins-ci.org/) configuration for a job running monk_tf unittests, pylint, and generating documentation from the dev branch. Situation
For running the test suite and building the docs there should be a Jenkins Job file, which can be simply integrated.
Solution
Configure and test a Jenkins job, then export the configuration to a file in this repository.
