When I downloaded and started up Scribbeo 1.4, the email default was still HTML.

We should look into this a bit more.

I think this only applies to new installs. Try deleting the app and installing again. Your settings may have already been saved. If this is the case, there's no way to test unless we forcibly change their settings, which seems sub-optimal.
