kiara module project template

This repository contains a template to create Python packages that contain modules for kiara.

A project created with this template will very easy to use with kiara, and sports, among other things:

• automated generation of documentation (usage as well as API-reference), via mkdocs
• automated building and publishing of Python packages
• automated testing & linting via Github Actions
