Objectives

Perform and maintain effective project management by conducting agile project management and monitoring techniques, efficient group activities, quality code implementation and maintenance, automated workflows for tracking and delivery, and on-time delivery of the assignments and main project deliverables.

Subtasks

To maintain the good project management we will perform as follows:

• Complete all other development milestones in best possible way
• Perform each sprint in accordance with agile project management methodologies
• Deliver each sprint deliverables on-time and meet performance and quality criteria set for related user stories
• Create, maintain and monitor all necessary workflow automations for testing and delivery on 2 or more tiers of the system
• Collaborate and assist each others for greater learning experience
