Is it possible to support both DE10-nano and Arrow SoCKit?

Do you mean HPS is compatible both DE10-nano and Arrow SoCKit? If yes, the answer is yes.
Or do you mean clock period is same both DE10-nano and Arrow SoCKit? yes.
Or do you mean the generated RBF file for the Arrow SoCkit runs on DE10-nano? no.
Or others?
