Notebook that tests confidence interval coverage with NAPSU-MQ. The notebook uses statsmodels to for the logistic regression, but appears to already be a dependency through some other dependency.
While implementing this I also found that one RNG key was reused in the NAPSU-MQ synthetic data sampling code. It did not seem to cause any issues, but I fixed it nonetheless.
