Not enough RAM for qpfstats?

I'm using 24 populations to calculate f-statistics. I assume the entire dataset is allocated to my memory and kills the process. Any options I can employ to prevent this?

You can use convertf to extract the populations you want ; qpfstats is a memory hog but 24 pops should not be a problem. N
