I've hardcoded the link for now because from what I can tell, we have
only created one version of this form (not one per environment or site
or anything like that).

I'm wondering, is there anything else we want to do in the backend to make sure that we get a notification of new feedback? Or something like a weekly Slack update?

@carmenrosalop That's up to you - I think the Google Form can notify an email address of new responses or something like that.

Sorry - I put this in the ticket 1923. I realize this adds complexity so LMK if it needs to be an enhancement. But since the footer on the staff view has a link to "Report feedback or bugs", I think we should link them to the right form.
