Rename blakkod to blakod, Clean target changes. #1046

Renamed the Blakkod project to Blakod. Blakod is the correct name.

Running the Clean target for Blakod via nmake or VS now removes the .rsc
and .bof files from the .\run\server directories - previously this was
done by the top level makefile. After working with the new build process
in multiple branches, it makes more sense to have these files deleted by
.\kod\makefile.
