Particles not showing for other clients in some cases #18

The particles, for example the nyan cat notes and the slime sliminess can't be seen by other clients besides the one having the effect.
Needs synchronization between the server and all the clients.

Complete network rewrite.

Should Fix:
Issue #21 - Syncrhonization of tool cycling, death placement, hose switching has been rewritten. Testing in servers is required.
Issue #18 - The particles should be visible for all the clients.
