Nightly Machine Builds - Add timestamp and date for "Last build"

@AkamaiDASH I saw in reported at the start of July in the Meeting Minutes, but would be great if you could get the Nightly Machine Builds back up and running please.

Did the build fail?
I have just downloaded:
dashif.org/reference/players/javascript/nightly/dash.js/dist/dash.mediaplayer.debug.js
dashif.org/reference/players/javascript/nightly/dash.js/dist/dash.all.debug.js
but these seem old versions.

No it built properly, I always forget that it takes way too much time to propagate on that host. I need to move it to an akamai hosted location. @wilaw Any update from godaddy on dashjs.org propagation time ? Sorry @richardbushell for me failing to mention this.

No problem, dash.mediaplayer.debug.js has already propagated (but not 'all' yet), so I can see they are coming thru, thanks. Much appreciated.

@dan – godaddy said they cannot reduce propagation time unless we move to a dedicated server. DASH IF does not want that disruption to its website or the addtional cost.

I suggest we move to mediapm.edgesuite.net immediately. Can you execute on that?

Working out SCP bug when sending all samples up. Fails on this server with multipleTransfer error. Will work it out in next few days as well as add timestamp to buildnumber.

TTL on all files here are 1 second so uploads will be fresh right away.
