Updated Support Player

This has been in the works for a bit. Thanks to @mcferren @wilaw for the help. Basically this is a work in progress but it is a much tighter player then what we originally had. I hope ;) Should be fully reactive to screen size with the exception of the control bar which is in progress.

1. Stats panel are stacked in tabs now and we can expand what is in them
2. The control bar now has bitrate switching, track switching for both audio and video
3. New Options area which we can expand upon
4. New chart location and metrics system in the app. Much simpler.

Work still in progress

1. EME pre fetch license info. We plan on merging the eme.html unique UI into the ref player. Most is done for this already.
2. Control bar will change which icons to display based on screen size.
