- keep sending public event KEY_STATUSES_CHANGED when statuses changed

Hi,
this PR has to return an error when a license has expired during visualization of a stream. Before those modifications, when the license expired, no error message was shown to the user.
A sample stream has been added by axinom team in order to test this specific use case : many thanks to them!
