Hi,

This PR adds :

  • support for MSS manifests with 'r' (repeat) parameter.
  • support for MSS manifests with a TimeScale different from default one.
  • support for MSS manifests with a TimeScale different from audio and video streamIndex.

Sample streams to test are available here and here
