This PR implements the conformance violation check as described in #3339

  • Added ConformanceViolationConstants.js to save all information on conformance violations
  • Added two initial violation events for missing UTCtiming elements and wrong authoring of SMPTE 2052-1:2013 tags
  • Added output area on reference client page (see screenshot)
