Newfoundland was one of Great Britain's first colonies in the Americas, and it was also one of the first of any of it's colonies to attain dominion status. Why Paradox thinks that Newfoundland was an intergrated part of GB is beyond me.
This mod aims to fix that by making Newfoundland euqal to all of the other provinces that exist in the game. It also makes it possible to confederate with them as a Canadian province, allowing you to avoid going to war with GB just to complete the country...
Currently the mod is broken. Paradox's mod system doesn't appreciate me trying to be considerate to other modders whomay want to change the world (map) and is punishing me by having my Newfoundland be a new instance of Newfoundland and assinign 0% of the populaion to it. So if you want to play as a nation with literally 0 people in it, this currently the mod for you!
