deploy mandoc 1.14.4-1 #107

This will have to wait until mandoc_1.14.4-1_amd64.deb made it onto snapshot.d.o.

Then, we need to

  • update the Debiman mandoc golden tests and .travis.yml.
  • update the debian-assets repository
  • deploy a new debiman version on manziarly
  • switch to newer mandoc on manziarly

We should also try to find a workaround for travis’s lack of xz support in .debs.
