When adding a new layer onto another layer, the vertices of the already existing layers and the newly added layer should match up, a vertex cannot connect to the edge of another layer.
Geolib currently cannot handle this and blindly adds layers expecting users to add these points, but that is not always the case and causes many unexpected errors
