This is a GUI program that will allow you to perform an automatic backup of folders and subfolders. you can set an interval of days between each backup, alternatively you can perform manual backups.
To run the program, you have to download only the installer "AutoBackup v2.0 setup file.exe"
Note: to run the executable you need jdk: https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads
