Get

AttributeError: 'Coverage' object has no attribute 'data_suffix'

due to the latest nbval release, 0.9.4, not being compatible with coverage >= 5.0.

Recently fixed in nbval; could potentially pin coverage to < 5 until a new nbval release arrives that includes that fix.

Think this problem has gone away now nbval 0.9.5 has been released.
