[Suggestion] Implement more settings for scaling images

I would love to have some more settings to control how lanraragi scales images, a setting to scale images to the width of their browser would be great. Although not as important, it would be nice to be able to limit how much an image is resized over it's original resolution to prevent low-resolution images from enlarging too much where the quality drops down. e.g set a limit to not scale an image over 400%, 600% etc.

I toyed with removing the max-width:1200px default completely as well but it didn't feel right, so it's still there unless you enable double page or the new full-width option.
