Download Failed/Skipped Files

When there is a download failure, the script fails. The following needs to be done to handle the failures:

  1. Handle exceptions when a program client throws a download error so that the script doesn't fail.
  2. Keep track of the failed downloads
  3. From the failed download list, download the skipped files during the next run of the script.
