Directory Lister v2.3.0

Directory Lister has been updated with some bug fixes and visual changes including much better responsive support. NOTE: Please update your config file when updating to 2.3.0

• Fixed numeric file/folder names from displaying incorrectly
• Fixed mixed content warnings by loading fonts via protocol independent URL
• Added UTF-8 encoding support
• Removed SHA256 hash generation (may be re-added in the future)
