I didn't translate the Wi-Fi Hotspot section since I wasn't able to find it on my devices settings (OnePlus 3T). All of those chages were made with me constantly looking for them in my settings menu with my OnePlus 3T, since I think this can provide more mature and professional translations than looking at those strings at Crowding. I'm spanish and I didn't use any translator.

I checked that little guide and I have a few questions about it. I will do my best improving with translations, but I still without knowing how to submit gerrit patches.
Guide makes me cd to the folder, so I guess I need to sync it on my computer? Or it's enough to have my modified file and then use git add -A and git commit -a?
