Describe the bug
想要更動某factory的位置，重新輸入經緯度，按下save之後出現Server Error (500)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://api.disfactory.tw/admin/api/factory/d7644cd3-4846-4ec8-b217-bc6fa923a3a3/change/'
enter lat:'23.961439' lng:'120.386655'
click 'save'
See error

Expected behavior
可以儲存，並且依據新的經緯度，修改其地段號
