Java interface and Python pipeline for automated analysis of RNA-seq data.

Java interface can be run on Mac or Windows and provides a Graphical User Interface for RNA-seq project design and management. Python scripts build the foundation of the server-side pipeline for automated installation of required software, reference files and fully automated analysis.
