I've changed the AV system wiki page into a PA system wiki page by moving the projectors information to the main Equipment wiki page, and the wishlist stuff to issue #685 leaving only some brief notes on how to work the PA system.

Adrian's comment on issue 685 says there are some written instructions on the equipment. But we need to get a record of what the stuff is and how to use it into the PA system wiki page.
