Apply window film to lower two panes of internal windows

Priority would be in the kitchen but would be best to do in Room 29 too. Probably depends on #714 though.

It’s in a box on the fridge apparently. Yes if you would do it that would be great.

@johnmckerrell could we close this? There doesn't seem to be an issue with being able to see through the windows
