Geocoder control broken with OL v6+ #199

When I update the ol package in package.json from ^5.3.0 to 6.0.1, it causes the ol-geocoder plugin to break slightly. Clicking on the geocoder control button (magnifying glass) causes the button to disappear and the search box is cut off. See attached screenshot:

I'm not sure exactly what's going wrong, but one thing I notice is that the gcd-gl-expanded CSS class is not being added to the control. If I manually add the class via Firefox Dev Tools, it seems to fix the problem.

Nevermind! I updated to "ol-geocoder": "^4.0.0", and it's fixed! Thanks @walkermatt ! :-D
