Hey Dowell Lab!
Was working on getting TFEA up and running and ran into some issues with the Dockerfile. This PR is an attempt at fixing which includes removing the pysam dependency which was a major issue when building the dockerfile. Additionally, turned off some plotting functionality to prioritize production of the simple results text file
