Gun sound fixes and b93.

New guns and stuff.

I've ported a few guns from the gun base, and made a glow effect shader for the spark plug. I think it looks neat, it may even end up in the release. Guns are still really buggy because the fire mode doesn't entirely work and sounds are registered after the guns, so they don't have any sound.

First alpha.

This alpha is incomplete (hence why it's an alpha) and is not usable in survival mode yet. I still need to do power generation for that. However, it does need testing, so I don't know, mess around with it if you feel like it.

This adds a few more machines, pipes, fixes some bugs, and works for older forge versions.
