Since #39 got merged this PR would need to get re-worked. If you are still interested in doing so, feel free! I'd merge once this has been done. |

This pull request adds timeout protection to the drip-ruby gem. The current library will essentially lock up upon making a request if a network or server issue prevents a timely response from the API.
