Change has been made in GitHub Actions CI workflow file to have the push and pull requests on 'master' branch instead of 'main'. This will make sure that the automated tests are run only on changes to the 'master' branch.
This commit modifies the Laravel framework version in the composer.json file to support both version 10.x and version 11.x. This change allows the application to be compatible with both versions of the Laravel framework.
