I just installed the app and I am not able to login to my account.
I am able login on my browser
I reset my password twice still not able to login

What app version and android version are you using?

Did you upgrade from a previous version or is it a fresh install?

Are you using your email or username to login?

Do you get an error message?
Maybe provide some logs (Settings > Application Logs).

Hi, no need to provide further information, I've already found the possible cause of the problem.

The problem lies in the updated authentication procedure that was introduced with Kitsune version v1.10.5.
The password is transmitted as an encoded string since then (as specified in the official Kitsu documentation here).
However, the API actually expects the password in non-encoded form.

I will be releasing a hotfix soon since this probably affects multiple people.
