What issue does this PR address?
This is a fix for CI to run without errors on Forks.
The fork needs to add the project in SonarCloud.io which is free for OpenSource projects.
needs the following repository variables configured:
And also the following secrets configured:
And the GITHUB_TOKEN needs to have write permission on the packages.
