It is a bit difficult to translate without knowing where this xlf file comes from but I think that it is a header of a webpage. In this context usually "Riguardo" isn't very appropriate as a translation of "About". If it refers to some kind of company, organization or team "Chi siamo" would be better. If it is about a program or a project something like "Informazioni" o "Panoramica" should work well. What do you think?

I just found out that the note tag contains information about the source of the xlf file. In this case it is the header of this page. I agree with the choice of "Informazioni".

Also, I'm not sure if "Cambiamenti" is the best translation possible. I don't know if it is better to use the english term "changelog" (quite common in the technology field in italian), if we should use something else like "Novità" or if we should keep "Cambiamenti". What do you think?
