Fix recipe_bock20jgr_fig_8-10.yml

Description

CMIP5 data couldn't be found because facets of CMIP3 were taken.

time_frequency: mo instead of mon
and for modeling_realm atm instead of atmos

I added this information to the recipe, now it's working.
