UniTAS version for the wiki

• By default, things in the tutorial and API and such all reflect the latest release
• If a feature is to be removed or has been moved in the latest developed version of UniTAS, it will be noted in the wiki that it will be removed
• If a new feature is to be added into the future release of UniTAS, it will also say so
