There is a CHM Manual for Allegro 5.2.9 available for download separately for convenience sake.
Docs for Eagle are not building right now. See the wiki for tutorials for Eagle. I have included the previous version of the eagle chm manual for now.
If you're courageous and you want to build the dependencies from source you can do so with the provided deps package. See my build guide for Allegro 5 here :
