Notice: Moonglade will stop on servers within Mainland China

我们在此郑重通知，受到《中华人民共和国网络安全法》的影响，Moonglade 项目自版本 v14.1 起，在中国大陆境内服务器上将默认停止运行。该决策是基于最新的法律法规要求，以确保我们的用户和项目遵守当地的网络安全法律。

请所有在中国大陆使用 Moonglade 项目的用户注意，自版本 v14.1 起，若您的服务器位于中国大陆境内，项目将不再启动。我们建议您评估这一变更对您的业务或个人使用可能产生的影响，并尽快制定相应的数据迁移和业务转移方案。

我们理解这一变更可能给您带来不便，但请知悉我们始终致力于遵守各地区的法律法规，并保护用户及项目作者的利益。我们也鼓励用户阅读《开源软件有漏洞，作者需要负责吗？是的！》一文，以更好地理解开源软件在中国的责任与义务。

In order for you to backup your data during the migration process, edit appsettings.json, set DetectChina flag to "allow". Although Moonglade will continue to run, please note this is NOT a solution, future changes may remove this flag.

In version 14.6.0, the DetectChina flag will be limited to the development environment only. Consequently, applications will be prevented from running on servers located in China in the production environment. This change is implemented to ensure compliance with Chinese regulations.
