Workshop data preparation

• for GPU enabled Cactus container with spack:
  • repository with docker files etc is https://github.com/stevenrbrandt/carpetx-install which has a short README.md file
  • ask Steve to re-create the docker image and push to dockerhub
  • ask TBA to update zip files in nfs to make them available
• for original Cactus tutorial docker container (CPU only)
  • docker files etc are in https://github.com/nds-org/jupyter-et.git in tutorial-server, use docker-compose.notebook.yml (?)
  • builds ~etuser/Cactus.tar.gz when building et-base image
