Welcome to the CatSink wiki!

CatSink

CatSink is an affordable, open-source tool designed for use in electronics laboratories and small-scale projects supporting a load current of up to 5 amperes. This versatile board serves as an adjustable voltage and current source.

One of CatSink's key features is its USB Type-C input, which is compatible with the Power Delivery (PD) protocol Revision 2.1. This standard offers four different output profiles: 5V, 9V, 12V, and 20V, with the current limited by the power supplied by the charger.

CatSink is designed with portability in mind, making it an excellent companion for any workspace when combined with a PD Type-C charger. Alternatively, it can seamlessly integrate into projects that require any of the mentioned output profiles while maintaining a compact form factor.
