First time use
- Download EO updater and save it wherever you want to have EO (七四式)
- Run "EOUpdater.exe"
- (optional) if you used EO (七四式) before, copy your "Record" and "Settings" folders into this folder
- Start "ElectronicObserver.exe"
Example with images:
Create a folder on your desktop, you can name the folder however you want
Download the updater
Open the download folder and move EOUpdater to the folder you created
Run EOUpdater, Windows will probably warn you about running an unrecognized app, in that case click more info and Run anyway to start the downloading process
The updater will download and extract the latest version
If you used EO (七四式) before, copy the "Record" and "Settings" folders into this folder
Sort the folder by type to find and run ElectronicObserver
Click OK on the first time use instructions
EO (七四式) will need internet access to work so click Allow access
You might need to install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for EO (七四式) to work, click yes to open the download page, on the second error click continue
Scroll down to download and install vc_redist.x64.exe
Restart EO (七四式) and the DMM login screen should show up
