Can confirm this indeed fixes compilation errors on Ubuntu 21.10 |
update SDL2 git tag to SDL2 2.0.20
the current version of SDL2 breaks on Linux systems running Wayland 1.20. This change updates the git hash to use the hash for the latest SDL2 stable, which fixes building on modern Linux systems.

This fix clarifies one of the function definitions which seems to be causing a build problem for Linux. Suggest performing some testing on Windows and make sure functionality isn't disrupted, as it seems to be related to ViGem code specifically.
