PHP 7.2 released today https://secure.php.net/archive/2017.php#id2017-11-30-1

once Travis support it, we should add it to the generic tests https://github.com/Elgg/Elgg/blob/master/.travis.yml#L2-L4

php-build has a 7.2 tag, so it should be possible to set up the environment on Travis
