Other way:

  • Unlock the Quest as developer
  • Connect the Quest on the PC
  • (Use command "ADB Devices" to detect the Quest on window.)
  • Drag and drop the APK on the phone.
  • Open the APK in the file folder from the quest to install.

  • Install ADB on the PC
  • Add adb.exe to the system path
  • W+R > cmd > adb devices
  • W+R > cmd > adb install "pathofthe.apk"
