Generate html-based animations of provenance

A package to explain the behavior of R scripts based on collected provenance

Creates a Docker container based on provenance created by rdtLite and runs the script in that container to collect new provenance.

rdt collects fine-grained provenance inside R scripts, including internal to functions and control constructs.

rdtLite is a light-weight version of rdt. It collects provenance in R scripts using less invasive techniques than rdt, with a resulting decrease in provenance collected.
