Description

  • Restored SQLite
  • Removed unsupported Perl 5.14
  • Added "recent" Perl 5.30
  • Bumped up VM version to Xenial

Use case

  • Perl 5.14 is unsupported by Ensembl: no point still testing against it
  • SQLite might come in handy

Possible Drawbacks

None

Testing

Test suite ran successfully.
