Attribute Table Options Button is hidden when lot of operational layers are added

There is no way to see the "Table Options" Button of Attribute Table in ArcGIs Viewer for Flex 3.1, if the screen resolution is low and you have added more than 10 operational layers.

• Create a Flex Viewer application with more than 10 operational layers using the ArcGIS Viewer for Flex 3.1 app Builder.
• Enable Attribute Table under the Layout tab.
• Save the Flex Viewer application.
• Preview the application and you can see the "Table Options" Button of the Attribute Table is not visible along with few operational layers.
• There is no way to scroll as both Horizontal and Vertical Scroll bars are missing.

This depends on the Screen resolution. I have tested with 1024 * 768 monitor and 1360 * 768 monitor. In both cases I can see only upto 11 to 13 layers only under the attribute Table and the Table Options is not being shown.
