Adds a command to send your own message from MC to a Discord channel.
Adds the following permissions:
essentials.discordbroadcast- Use /discordbroadcastessentials.discordbroadcast.markdown- Use markdown in messages in the commandessentials.discordbroadcast.ping- Ping @everyone @here or @roles in the commandessentials.discordbroadcast.<channel name>- Allows for the ability to send messages in said channel
